WHAT TO EXPECT
ASSESSMENT
Clameg aim to turn a claim around within 30 days, start to finish.

Once Clameg has received the instruction, we aim to arrange a survey visit within 24 hours of notification of claim. We will make contact for a survey to assess the damage between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Once the claim has been assessed and authorised by the insurance company. If applicable we will contact you to collect your excess. We aim to arrange a start date within 48 hours of approval.
