Malicious Damage Insurance Claim in Bournemouth
Here are before and after photos of a recent project in Bournemouth, where we successfully handled a malicious damage insurance claim. The works involved a full strip-out of this studio flat, taking it back to the brickwork, and a complete reinstatement to restore the property to its pre-loss condition.

The damage was extensive, with stripped wiring, damaged pipework, fire damage to the walls, and broken windows. Our team expertly renewed everything, including electrical systems, plumbing, windows, and interior finishes, ensuring the flat was restored to the highest standard. Renewal of Flat Roof, Lantern & Pergola in Alton
These photos showcase a stunning transformation, featuring a new flat roof with a Red Baileys felt system and a beautiful new lantern installed above the swimming pool. We've also upgraded the balcony, stripping away the old decking and installing elegant porcelain slabs.

In the garden area, we built a charming pergola and laid down porcelain slabs underneath, creating a perfect spot for relaxation and outdoor gatherings.
